Eliminate shy guests from making requests

Your guests will be able to make song requests from their table, from the bar, and even while dancing on the dance floor. They do this by sending a text message directly to our DJ booth using our easy song request platform. At your event, we will share a QR code with your guests during the dinner or cocktail hour and then watch the dance floor stay packed all night!

Booking and Planning Your Event Is Easy with the Taylor Sounds’ 5-Step Process.

1. Fill Out the Contact Form/Schedule a Call 

Get one step closer to booking your DJ. You will receive a pricing brochure in your inbox. After you review it, make the selections of the services you would like for your event. Or Schedule a call so we can discuss your vision and I can explain in greater detail my services.
 

2. Book Us

Next, we will email you a proposal that includes the invoice, payment schedule and contract. Securing the date requires a signed contract and payment of the retainer fee that goes directly to your balance. (the retainer fee is only 25% of the total)
 

3. We’ll Get You Setup On Our TSL Planning App

You will be able to access our TSL mobile planning app and plan your party on the go!

You will be able to share your favorite songs and plan out the entertainment timeline and answer a few questions.
You will have direct access to your DJ & schedule as many meetings as needed.

 

4. No Ghosting From Us 

We keep open communication throughout your planning process to make sure you're thrilled with the plan for your event entertainment.  If necessary we will schedule a meeting to catch up and finalize any details.

 

5. Have Fun Times With Your DJ

Using the Taylor Sounds’ preparation process, your DJ will perform and deliver his best work at the event so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your celebration with all of your guests.

If You Have Never Hired a DJ Before?

You Just Might Have Some Questions.

  • Our minimum investment is 525 which includes our Talent, Production, and Epic Presentation. Most clients book an average package of 800 for our DJ Service. We have custom packages depending on the needs of your event so that we can produce our best work and create your dream event.

  • Through the TSL Music Planning App, you will select the type of music that you want to dance to and we will curate the music based on your musical taste. During the event, we are also open to taking requests via our Guest Song Request Platform and your guests will text their song requests directly to the DJ booth.  From there we will adjust our music selection to guarantee that everyone is having a fun time.

  • Yes, the DJ is usually in charge of the sound and music for the whole event, including the dinner and guest arrival.

    This means we'll bring the right sound equipment to play music at all parts of the party, and we'll work closely with you to make sure that the music fits your style and tastes. Our belief is that the right music can set the tone for each segment of your celebration.

    We can accommodate all needs, even if you want something energetic and fun for cocktail hour, or a mix of your favorite dance songs for the open dancing, we’re here for you and to help you create a personalized playlist for your celebration. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll work our magic to set positive party vibes so that everyone has a fun time!

  • Yes, we carry liability insurance with a coverage value of $1,000,000. If your event site requires a certificate of insurance, we will gladly provide one upon request with the venue’s name listed.

  • Yes, we also are professional MCs to make announcements, and we smoothly guide the guests through the evening timeline of events. We know how to both captivate the room and the dance floor.

  • You’ll be given access to our app which you can fill in information such as song choices, and other personalized details to ensure DJ Taylor Sounds knows exactly what you want at your event.
